Cottage is a utility photo gallery app that helps you rediscover your photos by curating your gallery and restyling selected images with AI. The App is designed for personal, non-commercial use.

Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using the Cottage mobile application (“App”) operated by Press Get, LLC (“we”, “our”, or “us”).

By downloading or using Cottage, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, you must have your parent or guardian's permission to use the App.

3. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Cottage for personal use only, subject to these Terms.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App;
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code;
• Use the App to infringe on the rights of others.

4. User Content

The App allows you to restyle photos you select from your device. You retain ownership of your original and stylized photos.

You agree that:

• You have the legal right to use and upload the images you select.
• You grant us a limited license to process, store, and display stylized versions of your selected photos solely to provide the App's features to you.
• You understand stylized images are only shared if you explicitly choose to do so.

We do not claim ownership over your content and do not share your content without your permission.

5. AI-Generated Content

By using the stylization features in Cottage, you acknowledge that:

• Stylization is performed using third-party AI services (e.g., OpenAI, Google Gemini).
• The outputs are for entertainment and personal use only.
• We are not responsible for the accuracy, appropriateness, or fitness for a particular purpose of AI-generated outputs.

6. Modifications to the App

We may update or modify the App from time to time, including discontinuing features or the App itself. We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by such changes.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time and for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

You may stop using the App at any time. Uninstalling the App will remove most local data, but to request deletion of stylized image data stored on our servers, please contact us.

8. Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

You use the App at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Press Get, LLC shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages;
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities;
• Issues arising from the use of third-party services or AI outputs.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Press Get, LLC and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising out of your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

11. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property in the App, including trademarks, logos, and software, is owned by Press Get, LLC or its licensors. You may not use this material without our written consent.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
